Data we process
This is an informational website: browsing requires neither an account nor registration. We only process the data you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email, by phone or via the contact form (first name, last name, email address, subject and content of the message), as well as the data contained in job applications you send us (CV, cover letter, contact details).
Purposes and legal bases
Your data is used to respond to your enquiries, prepare quotations and manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), and to process your application as part of our recruitment (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data is neither sold nor used for advertising purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses neither tracking cookies nor analytics tools. The accessibility preferences you set via the dedicated panel are stored in your browser's local storage only and are not transmitted to us.
Hosting and security
As with any website, technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) may be recorded in server logs for security and proper operation, based on our legitimate interest. This data is deleted automatically after a short period.
Retention periods
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and are then deleted. Application files are deleted no later than six months after the end of the recruitment process, unless you agree to a longer retention.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. To exercise these rights, write to us at info@fps.lu.
