The technical foundation of your installation
Before a single pipe is fitted or a detector installed, the entire fire protection system is designed on paper, with precision. The quality of the design directly determines the performance of the installation, its compliance with standards, and its approval by the fire brigade, insurers and accredited bodies.
FPS produces complete technical plans and hydraulic calculations for every system we install. These documents form the basis for regulatory approval, tendering, construction and future maintenance, and are produced in-house by our qualified engineers.
Technical Plans
Complete installation drawings showing pipe runs, sprinkler or nozzle positions, detection device layout, valve positions, and all connections, produced to the applicable standard.
Hydraulic Calculations
Detailed hydraulic calculations demonstrating that the system will deliver the required density of water or agent at the design flow and pressure, in compliance with EN, CEA, NFPA or FM.
Cost Optimisation
The design is optimised to deliver the required level of protection at the best possible cost, selecting the most appropriate system type, pipe sizing and layout to minimise material and installation costs.
Environmental Optimisation
